Please read this document carefully before using the 46000 platform. Continued use of the platform indicates that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms and conditions stated herein.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 46000 platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the platform immediately.
These terms constitute a binding agreement between you ("User") and 46000 ("Platform"). The platform reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms at any time without prior notice. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically.
This platform is strictly for individuals aged 18 and above. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement and accept full responsibility for all activities carried out through your account.
2. Account Creation & Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the 46000 platform. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being permanently suspended or closed.
- Your full name must match your official identification document.
- A valid and active phone number is required for verification.
- The bank account registered must be in the same user's name.
- Providing false or misleading information is a serious violation.
- Users are solely responsible for the security of their account password.
- Do not share your login credentials with anyone.
- Report any suspicious account activity immediately.
- The platform will never ask for your password via email or chat.
3. User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
Users agree to use the 46000 platform solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. The following activities are strictly prohibited on this platform:
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform without written authorisation.
- Engaging in any form of fraud, system manipulation, or match-fixing.
- Transferring or selling your account to another party.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal activity.
- Disrupting, attacking, or attempting to gain unauthorised access to the platform's technical systems.
- Making false claims or disputes regarding transactions or game outcomes.
The platform reserves the right to take immediate action, including account suspension or closure, if any of the above rules are breached, with no obligation to provide explanation or compensation to the user in question.
4. Payments, Transactions & Currency
All transactions on the 46000 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). The platform does not accept payments in foreign currencies. Accepted deposit methods include FPX (online banking), Touch 'n Go, and direct bank transfer to designated accounts.
- Deposits must come from a bank account registered in the user's own name.
- Minimum and maximum deposit limits are set according to account type and payment method.
- The platform reserves the right to hold deposit processing if there are signs of suspicious activity.
- Withdrawals may only be made to a verified bank account held in the user's name.
- Identity verification may be required before large withdrawals are processed.
- The platform reserves the right to delay withdrawals pending the completion of an investigation if there is reasonable cause to do so.
All decisions regarding confirmed transactions are final. Completed transactions cannot be reversed except in the case of a technical error acknowledged by the platform. For transaction disputes, please contact customer support through the official channels within your account.
5. Liability Limits, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links

The 46000 platform shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including service disruptions due to technical maintenance, internet connectivity failures, or circumstances beyond the platform's control.
The platform does not guarantee that its services will operate without interruption or be entirely free from technical errors. That said, we strive to maintain optimal uptime and will notify users through official channels of any planned maintenance.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 46000 platform — including designs, logos, text, graphics, and software — is the exclusive property of the platform and is protected under intellectual property law. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, or use any platform content for commercial purposes without prior written authorisation.

6. Account Policies, Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Account Suspension & Closure
The 46000 platform reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of a terms violation, fraud, illegal activity, or a threat to platform security. In cases of suspension arising from a technical error or internal investigation, the platform will endeavour to resolve the matter within a reasonable timeframe.
Users wishing to voluntarily close their account may contact customer support. Any valid remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal following identity verification and confirmation that there are no pending transactions.
Changes to Terms
The platform reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the official website. Continued use of the platform after any such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We encourage users to review this page periodically.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from the use of the 46000 platform shall be resolved through negotiation or, where necessary, through a court of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia.
